​​Founded in 2008 by a former corporate information technology strategic sourcing and procurement professional, we endeavored to build a staffing and services firm based on extensive buy-side experience. Our culture is characterized by the drive and commitment developed during our US military service. Years later, we are proud to have retained the clients that put us "on the map".
Today, our Labor-On-Demand service is rapidly expanding to meet our clients' need for short term IT projects and support for longer contracting engagements. We pride ourselves on understanding our client's need, finding, dispatching and managing qualified technicians for on-site projects. Our clients are delighted with our responsiveness, attention to detail and appreciate the hassle-free service request process.

Our Leadership Team


Thomas - CEO
Drawing on his extensive background as a strategic sourcing and procurement executive, Thomas founded Patriot Global Services in 2006 as a staffing firm. He later transformed the company by pioneering a labor-on-demand model that gives clients greater agility and speed in meeting their workforce needs. Under his disciplined leadership, Patriot Global Services was recognized as the South Carolina Veteran-Owned Small Business of the Year in 2025. Thomas holds a B.S. in Engineering from Manhattan College and a B.S. in Mathematics and Physics from Siena College. A devoted family man, avid fisherman, and outdoors enthusiast, he proudly calls South Carolina home.


Robert - President
Bob is a seasoned executive, having led Sales and Marketing organizations at Maintech and Xuper before joining Patriot Global Services as President. An MBA from NY Institute of Technology, Bob has a BS in Computer Science with a minor in marketing from Long Island University where he led their D1 baseball team as captain. He lives in New Jersey with his wife and family.

Larry - COO
The founder of Peak Electronics, an IT services management company specializing in electronic equipment restoration, Larry brings deep industry knowledge and expertise to the Operations team. Prior to joining PGS as a founding member of our labor on demand transformation, he was responsible for building the IT infrastructure and system security for a leading New Jersey hospital. He has earned MCSE and CHPE industry certifications. Drawing upon his experience as a US Navy veteran and law enforcement officer, Larry leads our operations team with devotion to excellence. He and his wife live in New Jersey where they maintain a beautiful home and garden.
