Patriot provides field engineers and IT staff on an as needed basis, for both long and short-term projects; network equipment installations and upgrades; data center maintenance services; desk-side IT support; CCTV and security equipment installation and repair and more. The company serves clients in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, China, Taiwan, Philippine Islands, and South Korea.
We interviewed the company’s founder, Thomas Loffredo, to learn how his background as an Army officer influences the company and how customers benefit from working with veteran owned companies.
How did Patriot Global Services come about?
“During my formative years in the Army, I learned discipline and enjoyed interacting with people of all types. It was my role to identify and leverage various and eclectic individual strengths and orient them toward a common mission. As an engineer, I am intrigued by the way things work. I honed these skills following my military career in a variety of Fortune 50 positions in sourcing, procurement, operations, and supplier management. Fueled by my entrepreneurial spirit and experiences in supplier management I was convinced that I could form a successful company that would deliver value to customer with integrity through optimized processes”.

We share a common military bond and team leading mentality. He runs a “tight ship” as they say. What are the key differentiators of your veteran owned enterprise?
“The biggest lessons I learned as an Army officer were the importance of delivering clear-eyed leadership to my troops, and ensuring they were equipped to carry out the well-defined mission. We ensure that our Patriot team is trained, organized, and prepared to accomplish the mission to support our clients’ strategy. Each Patriot understands the importance of their role in the mission and how, together with their teammates, the mission will be accomplished.
